What if I have forgotten my KE Trade User ID and Password?

  • If you have forgotten your password, please click here and your password will be e-mailed to you. This is only applicable if you have a Singapore registered mobile number and valid e-mail address in our records. Otherwise, please complete this form and send it to helpdesk@maybank-ke.com.sg. Upon successful verification of your signature, we will send the new password by post to your mailing address in our records.

What if I have forgotten my KE CFD / KE Forex User ID and Password?

  • If you have forgotten your user ID or would like to request for a new password, please call Customer Services at (65) 6432 1888. In the case of a new password, it will be sent to your mailing address in our records.

  • Alternatively, you may complete the Request for New Password form and email it to helpdesk@maybank-ke.com.sg. Upon successful verification of your signature, a new password will be sent to your mailing address stated on the request form (within 1-2 working days).
