What if I have forgotten my User ID and Password?

  • If you have forgotten your user-ID or would like to request for a new password, please call Customer Services at (65) 6432 1888. In the case of a new password, it will be sent to your mailing address in our records.

  • Alternatively, you may complete the Request for New Password form and email it to helpdesk@maybank-ke.com.sg. Upon successful verification of your signature, a new password will be sent to your mailing address stated on the request form (within 1-2 working days).
