What if I have forgotten my User ID and Password?

  • Alternatively, you may complete the Request for New Password form and email it to Upon successful verification of your signature, a new password will be sent to your mailing address* stated on the request form (within 1-2 working days).


*Despatch of new password via email is only available if you have a local mobile number and valid email address. Otherwise, the new password will be sent by post to your mailing address in our records.
